E-LVL Internal Communication: Communication error with barcode scanner module. Power meter off
and on, and repeat last procedure. If problem persists, see your System Administrator.
E-NCB Battery Critically Low: Battery is critically low. Return meter immediately to the base unit for
charging before further use.
E-QBB Reagent Database Full: Reagent database is full. Please see your System Administrator.
E-QBC Database Full: No further test can be performed until a download occurs. Please synchronize the
meter or see your System Administrator.
E-QBD Database Failure: The meter has detected a result database error. Please see your System
Administrator.
E-QBF Database Failure: The meter has detected a reagent database error. Please see your System
Administrator.
E-QBG Database Failure: The meter has detected an operator database error. Please see your System
Administrator.
E-QBH Database Failure: The meter has detected a patient database error. Please see your System

key. If the problem persists, see your System Administrator.
E-VBF Glucose Error: Error detected. Repeat bG test with new strip. If this error shows twice for the same
patient, perform QC and repeat bG test. If problem still persists, use another method.
E-VBG Glucose Error: This strip is defective. Please insert a new strip and only apply sample when
prompted.
E-VBH Glucose Error: Strip removed during test. Repeat test with new strip.
E-VBK Glucose Error: Strip lot expired. Use new strip lot.
