E-FFC Invalid Patient Barcode: The barcode scanned is not a valid patient barcode. Please scan a valid
patient barcode or see your System Administrator.
E-FFD Invalid Control Lot Barcode: The scanned in barcode is invalid for a Control lot barcode. Please
scan in a valid barcode, or see your System Administrator.
E-FFF Control Level Mismatch: The control level on the barcode does not match the level already
selected. Please select the correct level or rescan at the control level screen.
E-FFG Invalid Range: The Critical Range Lo value must be less than or equal to the Normal Range Lo
value (currently *). Please re-enter.
<* is the Normal Range value defined by the institution on the device>
E-HBC Too Many Comments: A maximum of three comments can be added to a result. De-select a
comment in order to replace it with another one.
E-HBF Control Lot Not Found: Control lot not found. Please enter an existing control lot or see your
System Administrator.
E-HBG Strip Lot Expired: The Strip lot * has expired. Please use a non-expired Strip lot.
<* is the test strip lot number>
E-HBH Strip Lot Not Present: The meter does not have a valid Strip lot. Please see your System
Administrator.
E-HCB Control Lot Expired: The control lot has expired. Please enter a non-expired control lot.
E-HCK Linearity Lot Expired: The linearity lot has expired. Please enter a non-expired linearity lot.
E-HCL Linearity Lot Not Found: Linearity lot not found. Please enter an existing linearity lot or see your
System Administrator.
E-HHB Connection Error: Could not connect to the code key reader. Check code key Reader and try
again.
E-HHC Communication Error: Communication error while receiving code key contents. Check code key
reader and try again.
E-HHF Duplicate Code Key: The code key received is already contained in this meter. Please use the
existing code key data.
E-HHG Duplicate Control Lot: The Control Lot received is already contained in this meter. Please use the
existing Control Lot.
E-HHH Duplicate Linearity Lot: The Linearity Lot received is already contained in this meter. Please use
the existing Linearity Lot.
E-KBC Temperature Lockout: The meter has detected a temperature error. Meter will shut itself down.
Let meter rest in room temperature, then restart.
E-KHB OTE Initialization: Initialization failed. No OTE Test is available on the meter. Please see your
System Administrator.
E-KHC OTE Configuration: OTE test configuration is not valid. Please see your System Administrator.
E-LBB Hardware Error: This meter has reported an error. Please see your System Administrator.
E-LBG Battery Error: This meter has reported a Battery Pack error. See your System Administrator.
