PALSUN & PALTUF maintain their mechanical properties over their entire performance temperature range. Guidelines for
thickness as function of span and wind-load may be found in the appropriate tables on page 23.
Weight
The specic gravity of PALSUN
& PALTUF sheets is 1.2, which
is about half that of glass. The

Acoustic Properties
PALSUN & PALTUF sheets have excellent sound insulation
properties as indicated in the table on the right. The ability
to absorb sound waves, together with its impact resistance,
has made PALSUN widely used for clear acoustic barriers.
