- Do not use the blender on very hard products such as
fruitstones,driedfruitwithshells,frozenmeatetc.,asthis
could damage the blades or cause the motor to stop.
SPECIAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
- Caution: The jug blades are very sharp. They could cause
injury. Do not touch the inside of the jug or insert objects
into it when the blades are turning.
- Only use equipment that is authorised by the manufacturer.
- This appliance must only be used with the hermetic lid
closed.
- This appliance is fitted with a safety function. The appliance
must only be turned on if the jug is correctly positioned on
themotorbase.Iftheappliancedoesnotstart,removethe
cable and check the connection between the jug and the
motor base.
INSTALLATION
1. Washthemeasuringbeaker,lid,jug(notthemainbody)etc.beforeuse.
2. Check that the appliance is off and do not connect it until the installation has been
completed.
3. First,putthehermeticsealatthebaseofthebladesinplaceandthenfitthebaseofthe
bladesonthejug.Lastly,turnthejuggentlyforittolockintoplace.
4. Place the glass jug of the blender on the main body and turn it slightly
clockwise so that it fits into the motor part. Put the food into the jug. Check
that no water falls from the beaker. (The maximum water capacity is 1500 ml).
DO NOT USE THE APPLIANCE WHEN EMPTY.
5. Put the lid on the jug and turn it until it locks into place. Put the lock on the lid and turn
until it locks into place.
6. Put the measuring beaker in the centre of the lid and turn in an anti-clockwise direction.
OPERATION
1. Plug in the blender. Check that the control switch is at “O” before plugging it in. The blue
controllightwillgoonforonesecond,whichmeansitisproperlyconnected.
2. Thisappliancehasasafetyfunction,andwillnotworkifthejugisnotcorrectlypositioned
on the main body.
3. Put the food in the jug.
4. Put on the lid and close it. Put the measuring beaker in the centre of the lid and turn it
slightly in an anti-clockwise direction.
