Only authorized recyclers are permitted to use these disassembly instructions. Any attempted 
disassembly by a user or unauthorized party will void the product warranty and may irreparably damage 
the product. 
1.0 Tools Required

Cutter pliers  Medium 
Long nose pliers  Medium 
Flat bladed screw driver  Small 
2.0 Product Disassembly Process 
2.1  Listed below are the basic steps that should typically be followed to remove components and materials 
requiring selective treatment: 
1  Remove ‘switch button’ & all external plastics from ‘main housing’ of 
headset (use long nose pliers) 
Dispose of ‘plastics’ in accordance with local recycling laws 
2  Remove ‘speaker assembly’ from ‘main housing’ of headset & 
disassemble ‘speaker’ from plastic housing (use long nose pliers) 
Dispose of ‘speaker’ & ‘plastics’ in accordance with local recycling 
laws 
3  Remove ‘PCB & Battery assembly’ from ‘main housing’ of headset 
(use long nose pliers) 
Dispose of ‘main housing’ plastics in accordance with local recycling 
laws 
4  Cut ‘battery’ leads and detach from ‘PCB’ (use cutter pliers) 
Dispose of ‘battery’ & ‘PCB’ in accordance with local recycling laws
