software on your Windows computer or on your installation CD for Macintosh
users
■ The Palm Desktop online Help
■ The Palm Desktop Software for the Macintosh User’s Guide located in the
Documentation folder on your installation CD
■ The Palm Knowledge Library, accessible at www.palm.com/support/ under the
Support section
■ The most recent Tungsten C handheld HelpNotes on your regional web site
If you are still having problems, contact Technical Support. See the Customer

NOTE Thousands of third-party add-on applications have been written for Palm OS
®
handhelds. Unfortunately, we are not able to support such a large number of third-
party applications. If you are having a problem with a third-party application, please
contact the developer or publisher of that software.
