To display all private records:
1. Do one of the following:
– Tap the Current Privacy pick list and select Show Records.
– If you do not have a password, hidden and masked records become visible.
If you have a password, the Show Private Records dialog box appears. Go to
step 2.
2. Enter your password.
3. Press Function + Enter , or tap OK.
Hiding your records automatically
You can set your handheld to automatically hide records when any one of the
following occur:
■ When you turn off the power
■ At a time you specify
■ After a period of inactivity you specify
To hide your records when you turn your handheld off:
1. Select Automatic.
