To download and install a plug-in:
1. Tap the link to download the plug-in.
NOTE If you download a Palm OS application (PRC) or Palm OS database
(PDB), Palm OS recognizes the file and installs it. On Palm OS software version
4.0 and later, a dialog box like the following appears:
2. If a confirmation dialog box appears, tap Yes to confirm the download.
Uninstalling plug-ins
Uninstall plug-ins in the same way you uninstall other Palm OS applications.
To uninstall a plug-in:
1. Press Home .
2. Press Function + Menu .
3. Tap Delete in the App menu.
4. Tap the name of the plug-in you want to delete.
5. Tap Delete.
A confirmation dialog box appears.
6. Tap Yes.
7. Press Function + Enter , or tap Done.
Finding the Palm Web Browser version number
Palm Web Browser may use specialized Palm OS applications to help it display
web content. Some of these applications may only be compatible with a particular
version of Palm Web Browser.
To find the Palm Web Browser version number:
1. In Applications Launcher, press Function + Menu .
2. Tap Info in the App menu.
3. Tap Version.
4. Scroll down until you see the item Web. The number next to this item is the Palm
Web Browser version number.
