Problem Possible Cause / Solution

The motor is louder

than usual.

• The device is not clean. Clean the device (see the "Cleaning

and Maintenance" chapter).

Unusual operating

noise.

• Has the amount of paint been set too low?

Turn the paint amount controller.

• There is not enough paint in the paint container, which means

that air is being sucked in. Add more paint.

• The coating material is not thinned down correctly or is not

being sucked up correctly. Check the viscosity (see the "Use"

chapter, section "Preparation") and whether the suction tube

is plugged in correctly.

Excessive mist

formation.

• The wrong thinner has been used.

• The spray-paint gun is too far away from the surface. Move

closer.

• The coating material is too thick. Check the viscosity (see the

"Use" chapter, section "Preparation").

Disposal

The packaging can be recycled. Please dispose of it in an environmentally friendly

manner and take it to a recycling centre.

Dispose of the device in an environmentally friendly manner. It should not be disposed

of alongside general household waste. Dispose of it at a recycling centre for used

electrical and electronic devices. You can obtain more information from your local

authorities.
