Sliding Privacy Lock
Installation Instructions
For Barn Doors
Position back plate (part #1) in desired location.1.
Position the strike plate (part # 6) so that the corner of the front
plate will line up with the slot in the strike plate (gure 3).

Mark screw location and drill ⁄” pilot holes.

Fasten and tighten strike plate with ⁄” screws (part # 7) and
½” washers (part #8).

Mark screw holes and drill ⁄“ pilot holes.2.
Position back plate (part #1) on the wall, screw in Phillips at
pan screw (part #2) to secure back plate to the wall. (Figure 1)
Place ½” washers (part #5), front plate (part #3), and fasten
with 1⁄” Round Phillips screws (part #4). (Figure 2)
