LIMITED WARRANTY

PaceSetter Marketing, Inc. warrants that all products (except Catalytic Converters) will be free

from defects in workmanship and materials for three years from the date of purchase by the

original end user. Exceptions are set forth below. During the first year of the warranty period,

PaceSetter, at our option, will repair or replace products with defects in workmanship and

materials. During the second and third years of ownership, product will be replaced with a pro-

rated fee charged to the end user. The exact amount of the fee will be determined at the time of

settlement of the claim and will be based on the Suggested Retail Price of the product in effect at

the time of the claim and the amount of time the product was used during the 36 month warranty

period. PaceSetter will not be responsible for freight charges, labor charges, or other expense

incurred, or inconveniences or consequential damages occasioned by failure of the product, or

for breach of any expressed or implied warranty with respect to the product other than as set

forth herein.

Implied warranties on PaceSetter products shall be in effect only for the duration of the

expressed warranty (with exceptions set forth below). After expiration of such expressed

warranty, there shall be no warranties, expressed or implied, on these products. This limited

warranty is void if the product shows evidence of mishandling, externally-applied heat, welding,

bending, or mutilating of parts, burn-out or blowout resulting from improper tuning, visual rust

or rust-through as the result of an external wrap or coating not applied by PaceSetter. Also

voiding the warranty are uses contrary to applicable instruction sheets, shipping damage, or

repair performed by other than PaceSetter. Paint, gaskets, bolts, external (visual) rust, rust-

through, and cosmetic appearance are not covered under the terms of this warranty. Plating on a

product, once the product is installed, is not covered under the terms of this warranty. To be

eligible for service under the terms of this warranty, end user must be able to prove purchase and

purchase date. Shipping back to PaceSetter is responsibility of customer. Contact dealer from

which the product was purchased or PaceSetter Performance Products in Phoenix, AZ. Written

permission must be obtained on all warranty claims.

An item purchased under any kind of Free Shipping promotion will have the original cost of

shipping reduced from any credit given should the item be returned.

CATALYTIC CONVERTER LIMITED

WARRANTY

PaceSetter Marketing, Inc. makes the following limited warranty to the original retail

purchaser of this direct-fit catalytic converter:

1. LIMITED WARRANTY: This direct-fit catalytic converter is warranted to be free from

defects in materials and workmanship subject to the exclusion and conditions set forth below and

subject to the durational limits in this paragraph. The catalytic converter has been designed and manufactured and is warranted to meet federal Environmental Protection Agency emission requirements for 25,000 miles. The stainless steel body and the nipples alone are warranted for 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. At the conclusion of the 5 year/50,000 mile or 25,000 mile period, whichever is applicable, all liability under this limited warranty shall terminate. 2.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. PACESETTER MARKETING, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR INJURY TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY RESULTING FROM MISUSE OR IMPROPER INSTALLATION OF THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER. Manufacturers’ warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the product, where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from.
