iLok
iLok-protected software can only be run
if the computer has been assigned an appropriately
authorised licence.
Depending on the manufacturer’s specifications, the
licence must either be saved on an encrypted USB
flash drive (pace iLok) (https://www.thomann.de/
de/pace_ilok_3.htm) or it can be saved to the hard
drive.

iLok is a software copy protection system.
In both cases, you’ll need an iLok License Ma-
nager.

Both are available free of charge
You’ll find information on whether you’ll need the
iLok USB flash drive or whether the iLok Licen-
