WARRANTY INFORMATION & CUSTOMER SUPPORT
The Ozark Trail High Performance Roto Molded Cooler and its components (both referred to as the “Product”)
are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship or materials for five (5) years from the date of original
purchase. This warranty covers the original consumer purchaser only and is not transferable. Owner must present
original proof of purchase to obtain warranty service.
This warranty is not valid if the Product has been: (1) damaged through abuse, misuse, neglect, (2) altered or
repaired in any way from its original configuration, (3) unreasonably used or used for any purpose for which the
Product was not intended. Normal wear and tear, including dents, scratches, slight warping, and discoloration is
not covered under this warranty. If you believe your Product is defective, please contact our Consumer Service
Department for instructions.
For a valid warranty claim, we will, at our option, pay for repairs, issue a replacement Product of the same or
greater value or issue a refund or credit. We reserve the right to change products and designs. Products
repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes. Our Limited Warranty does
not cover transportation arrangements and charges.

WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE FOR THE
DURATION OF THE WARRANTY TERM OR THEREAFTER. THE REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, REFUND OR CREDIT
REMEDY AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS PROVIDED
IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE
LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR UNDER ANY THEORY OF
LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT OR FOR ANY INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR OTHER FINANCIAL OR OTHER
LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT, TO THE FULL EXTENT THESE DAMAGES
MAY BE DISCLAIMED OR EXCLUDED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Some states, provinces and other jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of implied warranties or exclusion of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Limited
Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary depending on the applicable
jurisdiction.
