Operation of the receiver
Before you can operate the receiver the main switch on the rear side must be
switched to “I” (ON). If this switch is on “0” (OFF) the Oyster Digital is
completely separated from the power supply.
In a normal television operation you can select the following functions through the
remote controller:
(red)
Power ON and Power OFF button. Use this to activate your system
from standby or to retract (fold down) the antenna and switch into
standby
MUTE
If this button is held down continually for approx. 3 seconds, then the
Oyster Digital switches to Standby WITHOUT retracting the antenna
(Sleep Function)
Short: Sound mute switch on/off
P+ /P- Changes to the previous or next channel in the channel list
TV
RADIO
Changes between TV and radio modes
+/- Increase / decrease sound
MENU Call up the Oyster Digital OSD menu
OK Inserts the status panel or confirms / selects menu options
EXIT Aborts current OSD menu operation
SWAP Change back to the last selected channel
AV Switch through the signals from a connected video recorder to the TV
and as well the SAT IN signal to the SAT OUT connector.
LIST Shows up the list of available channels onto the display
