Connection of the equipment
The following connections of the receiver must be made for putting into operation:
TV (Scart) Connect the “TV-Scart” socket of the receiver using a SCART cable
or SCART to RCA cable with your TV.
TV OUT Alternatively you can connect your TV also through this antenna
socket (aerial) to the receiver.
SAT IN Connect the supplied white coaxial cable from the top box unit with
this socket
12V – 24V
power supply
Connect the 3-pin power supply cable from the 12V battery of your
vehicle with this socket.
ANTENNA
CONTROL
Connect the supplied control cable (4-pin plug) from here to the
top box (external) unit
SAT MOUSE Plug the supplied external remote eye in here
Optional equipment
AUDIO Should you want to connect a car stereo system (eg.: radio), you can
plug an audio RCA cable (L&R) in here
VCR (Scart) A video recorder can be connected here to via an optional SCART
or SCART-RCA cable. Also, a second TV can be connected here.
SAT OUT Should you want to use a second decoder box, you can pass on the
satellite signal to this through the SAT OUT connector.
ANT IN Here you can connect an existing aerial antenna, which will then be
passed on to the TV OUT (but NOT to TV or VCR SCART)
RS232 The RS232 can connect a PC, to update the current channel list or
software. Additional hardware and software required.
