For this warranty to be transferred, the second Owner must
contact 1-800-ROOFING within sixty (60) days after the
date of the real estate transfer to obtain the benefits of this
warranty. And must have the following:
(1) Proof of purchase of the Owens Corning
®
Roofing System and
(2) The installation date and ownership history
