Device can’t open
a. Check the battery power
b. Charging first, then check again
c. Reset and boot the device
d. Can not open after charging 5 minutes, please contact with the
supplier

Can't hear the voice by headset
a. Please check the volume whether it’s set to zero
b. Check the music file whether it’s damaged. Try playing other
music, if the file is damaged, may lead to serious noise.
