Keep it away from hot surfaces. Read all instructions carefully before using the wok. Only connect the wok to an AC power supply. The voltage listed on the rating plate must coincide with the voltage of your power supply. Extreme caution must be used when moving the wok with hot food or hot liquids.

USING your electric wok 1 Before using it for the first time, carefully clean your wok. To avoid damaging the non-stick coating, do not use abrasive detergents, brushes with metal or nylon bristles, or sharp objects such as knives or spatulas. Always dry thoroughly after cleaning. 2 Connect the temperature controller to the base of the wok. Make sure it is connected securely. (see Figure 1) Figure 1 3 Turn the temperature selector to 0.
