WALL TRACKS INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DES GLISSIERES INSTALACIÓN DE LOS RIELES #1 A. Position the wall tracks (A) onto the base and wall panels. The outer edge of the wall tracks (A) should be located at 1 1/8” (29mm) from the base edge, and the wall tracks (A) should be leveled. B. Marked the location of the 3 holes inside the wall tracks (A). Mark the top contour of the wall tracks (A). Remove the wall tracks and drill guide holes. A.

Install the first part of the hinges onto the fixed panel (B). Ensure that the hinges are tightly screwed in place. Use a ratchet to strongly tighten the blots. C. It is recommended that you use two wood blocs of width = 2 3/8” (60mm) and height = 3/8” (9mm) to steadily hold up the door panel (M) to finish the hinge installation. A.

Align the holes of the door panel (J) to the corresponding holes of the hinges (M), and install the hinges. Ensure that the hinges are tightly screwed in place. Use a ratchet to strongly tighten the blots. B. Install the magnetic seal strips (I) onto the door panel (J) and the side panel (K). C. Adjust the fixed panel (B) and the side panel (K) to yield a tight door seal. A.

Measure the distance between the hinges and the edges of the door panel, then cut the door panel vertical seal strip (L) in 3 pieces as shown below. B. Install the 3 pieces of the door panel vertical seal strip (L) onto the door panel (J). C. Install the bottom door seal strip (R) onto the bottom of the door panel (J). Cut the seal strip excess where necessary. A.

Loosen and mount the anchors (F) and the fixed panel brackets (H) onto the support bars (G1 & G2). B. Completely disassemble the support bars (G1 & G2). Then place the anchors (F) back at their marked location and trace the inner hole position onto the wall. C. In the case where there is no studs located behind the support bar anchors (F), please use the provided anchors (AA). If a stud is present, the anchors are not necessary. B. Screw the support bar anchor holders onto the wall panels, using the screws (BB). C. Reassemble the support bars (G1 & G2) atop the fixed panels and screw the anchors (F) onto their holders. A.

Tightly fix the support bars (G1 & G2) in place using the hex screw system located on top of the anchors (F) and the brackets (H). A-B. Position the shelves cabinet wall track (S) so that its top is aligned at the same height as the side panel wall track (A), and so that its outer edge is located at 6 15/16” (176mm) from the inner edge of the fixed panel wall track (S). Ensure that the wall track (S) is leveled. B-C. Marked the location of the 3 holes inside the wall track (S). Mark the top contour of the wall track (S).

Insert the shelves cabinet fixed panel (E) into the wall track (S). B. Loosely mount the towel bar (S) between the shelves cabinet fixed panel (E) and the shower side panel (K). Ensure that the towel bar is straight and leveled and only then continue to subsequent steps. C.

Install the shelves brackets (C) in the pre-drilled holes of the shelves cabinet fixed panel (E) and the shower side panel (K). C. Loosen the hex screws under each bracket (C), and slide the glass shelves (D) into place. D. Tighten the hex screws of the shelves brackets (C) to fix the shelves in place. A-B.
#21 SEALING SCELLAGE SELLADO Ensure that the door closes tightly and opens smoothly. Ensure that there is a firm connection between the fixed panel(s) and the support bar. Apply a clear silicone water sealant around the outside perimeter of any fixed shower components. Allow 24 hours for silicone to dry. Improper application of silicone sealant may cause your shower to leak.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE TRAITEMENT ET ENTRETIEN CUIDADO Y MANTENIMIENTO For the daily maintenance, use a wet cloth and a soft liquid cleaner. Never use abrasive cleaners containing some acetone, chlorine or strong bleach, scrapers, metallic brushes, nor other objects or the products which can graze or tarnish surfaces. Use a ratchet to strongly tighten any bolts used to support the fixed glass panels or doors panel (support bolts can withstand up to 250 lbf*in of torque).
