Common problems
Ⅰ.Abnormal product connection
1. The WiFi of the product cannot be found

hotspot name correct and connected
2. When connecting to the product WiFi,
the network refuses to join
Confirm whether the mobile phone has the
WiFi permission to open the app and whether
there is other mobile phone is connected to
the WiFi of the product
3. After the product WiFi is connected, the
app still shows that it is not connected
Confirm whether the app is downloaded
correctly and whether the power and hotspot
names are displayed in the app. If not, you
need to wait for a while before opening it
