1 Operation Description/Theory of Operation
The Otis One data solution consists of a gateway (GW) and a door sensor:
The door sensor communicates in "beacon (not connected) mode" with the gateway via BLE
(Bluetooth Low Energy).
The GW transmits data received OTIS One data solution sensors from as well as data
received from OTIS controls system via RS422 interface to a cell network: e.g. OBU-GA: 2G,
NB-IoT, LTE cat-M1, OBU-GL: 2G, 3G, 4G.
