ThisdevicecomplieswithPart15oftheFCCRules.Operationissubjectto thefollowingtwoconditions:

(2)Thisdevicemustacceptanyinterferencereceived,includinginterferencethatmaycause
undesiredoperation.

NOTE:Thisequipmenthas beentestedand foundtocomplywiththelimitsforaClassB digitaldevice,
pursuanttoPart15oftheFCCRules.Theselimitsaredesignedtoprovidereasonableprotectionagainst
harmful interference in are
sidentialinstallation. This equipment generates uses and canradiateradio
frequencyenergyand,ifnotinstalledandusedinaccordancewiththeinstructions,maycauseharmful
interferenceto radiocommunications.However,thereisnoguaranteethatinterferencewill notoccur
in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmfu
l interference to rad io or television
reception,whichcanbedeterminedbyturningtheequipmentoffandon,theuserisencouragedtotry
tocorrecttheinterference byoneormoreofthefollowingmeasures:
‐Reorientorrelocatethereceivingantenna.
‐Increasetheseparationbetweentheequipmentandre
ceiver.
‐Connecttheequipmentintoanoutletonacircuitdifferentfromthattowhichthereceiveris
connected.
‐Consultthedealeroranexperiencedradio/TVtechnicianforhelp.
FCCRadiationExposureStatement:
ThisequipmentcomplieswithFCCradiationexposurelimitssetforthforanuncontrolledenvironment.
Thisequipmentshouldbeinstalledandoperatedwithminimumdistance20cmbetweentheradiator&
yourbody.
OEMINTEGRATIONINSTRUCTIONS:
ThisdeviceisintendedonlyforOEMintegratorsunderthefollowingconditions:
The module must be installed in the host equipment such that 20 cm is maintained between the
antenna and users, and the transmitter module may not be co‐located with any other transmitter or
antenna. The module shall be on
ly used with the internal on‐board antenna that has been originally
tested and certified with this module. External antennas are not supported. As long as these 3
conditionsabovearemet,furthertransmittertestwillnotberequired.
However, the OEM integrator is still responsible for te sting their end‐p
roduct for any additional
compliancerequirementsrequiredwiththismoduleinstalled(forexample,digitaldeviceemissions,PC
peripheral requirements, etc.). The end‐product may need Verification testing, Declaration of
Conformitytesting,a Permissive Class II Change or newCertification.PleaseinvolveaFCCcertification
specialistinordertodeterminewhatwillbeexa
ctlyapplicablefortheend‐product.
