The OSRAM DULUX
®
SUPERSTAR MINI BALL compact fluorescent lamp is ideal for decorative
and free-burning applications. The opal outer bulb provides a particular soft light and is therefore
the ideal replacement for incandescent lamps in terms of form and light color. Thanks to its attractive
shape it can also be used in open luminaires.
• NEW: Warm Comfort Light – warm energy-saving light similar to that of an incandescent lamp
• Extremely fast lumen run-up thanks to new patented Quick Light Technology (spring 2010)
• Average life is up to 15,000 hours (switching cycle: 165 min on, 15 min off) for OSRAM DULUX
®
SUPERSTAR MINI BALL, that corresponds to as much as 15 years at approx. 2.7 hours per day
Domestic applications
All rooms, especially where the lamps are visible, need to last a long time or have to withstand
frequent on/off switching (up to 50,000 switching cycles; switching cycle 60 s on, 180 s off)
Commercial applications
