Background
According to the RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU, amended by Commission Delegated
Directive (EU) 2015/863 the content of the material DEHP (CAS-117-81-7) shall not
exceed 0.1% in homogenous materials of Electrical and Electronic Equipment
o from 22.07.2019 onwards for RoHS categories 1-7 and 10-11
 1. Large household appliances.
 2. Small household appliances.
 3. IT and telecommunications equipment.
 4. Consumer equipment.
 5. Lighting equipment.
 6. Electrical and electronic tools.
 7. Toys, leisure and sports equipment.
 10. Automatic dispensers.
 11. Other EEE not covered by any of the categories above.
o from 22.07.2021 onwards for RoHS categories 8-9
 8. Medical devices.
 9. Monitoring and control instruments including industrial monitoring and control instruments.
