Potential Health Effects
Inhalation:
Vapors may cause headaches, nausea, dizziness and respiratory tract irritation. Reports have
associated repeated and prolonged overexposure to solvents with permanent brain and
nervous system damage. Prolonged exposure to solvents may cause adverse effects to the
liver, urinary, and reproductive systems. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and
inhaling the contents may be harmful or fatal.
Skin contact:
Repeated or prolonged skin contact may cause skin irritation and/or dermatitis and sensitisation
of susceptible persons.
Eye contact:
Symptoms can include irritation, redness, scratching of the cornea, and tearing.
Ingestion:
Ingestion can cause gastrointestinal irritation, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
