Jumper 2-3
In this position VCC_IN power applied to the power connector of the Programming Card is directly
connected to UART Pin4 of the programming Card. Be careful using this option because if you power
Programming card with 18V DC the same voltage will be on the Pin 4 of the UART connector.
Jumper OFF
When jumper is removed, Pin 4 of UART port is not connected to any power source of programming
card.
