F IRMWARE UPDATE
Program Card Firmware update is done via DFU mode selected in System Menu. For this enter System
menu, go to Update section and activate(select) reboot to DFU item . There will be warning that the
card will be restarted. Select YES and the screen will turn OFF.
The easiest way to upload a new firmware is to use Betaflight PC configurator (firmware update section)
Chose Load Firmware [Local]
No reboot sequence – OFF
Flash on connect – OFF
Full chip erase – OFF
Manual baud rate – OFF
W IRELESS CONNECTION TO THE TARGET
When the card is powered ON it immediately checks wired connection. If the card is not connected with
the target by wired connection it starts checking for the devices available wirelessly. It displays the
process of searching for devices on display. If a compatible target is found the card will request info and
settings of the device and enters the menu system. Otherwise the card will display “failed” on the
screen.
The Programming card menu system depends on the device it is connected to and their settings.
Therefore different targets will have different menu items when connected to the card.
