Assembly Instructions

1. Using mounting screws (5) to fix the plate (1) to the outlet box,

2. Attach the power supply wires to the fixture load wire,

3. Using the finial (7) to mount the fixture (6) to the mounting plate

With wire connectors,connect powercords

from outlet box to fixture.

-Smooth/Black wire to Black wire

-Ribbed/White wire to White wire

-Green to Ground
