INTRODUCTION Welcome to the high tech world of electronic instruments. Your piano has been designed and made using the latest technology and computerized systems, to offer you years of trouble free pleasure. The new Bluetooth Audio Connection will connect your Smart Phone or Digital tablet to the piano to wireless transmit your personal music selection.
SUSTAIN PEDAL STAGE STUDIO – it is supplied with a Sustain Pedal. An optional 3 pedal unit is also available. CDP 101 – It is supplied with the 3 pedal unit. STAGE STUDIO Digital Piano is supplied with a Sustain Pedal. Connect the Sustain Pedal to the Pedal Input Sustain/Sostenuto to obtain the Sustain effect when used. It has the same function as the ''sustain'' pedal on the acoustic piano. It provides sustain and lets the sound slowly decay after the keys have been released.
CONTROL PANEL Your instrument's control panel is designed to be easy to use. Most of the controls are single function. Each control has an LED showing if the function has been activated. Whenever your instrument is switched on, it will automatically select PIANO 1 (Grand Piano) on the keyboard. VOICE SECTION To select the sounds listed below the sound buttons make sure that the SELECT button is switched Off. Press one of the Voice buttons to select the sound you wish to play.
It is also possible to play two sounds at the same time, selecting them from the top and the bottom row, for example PIANO 1 and BRASS. To select the PIANO 1 sound press and hold the related button. While holding down the PIANO 1 button also press the SELECT button to select the upper row. - Release now the SELECT button and while holding the PIANO1 button press the BRASS button . - The two sounds are now selected and they can be played at the same time.
SPLIT When the SPLIT button is pressed (its Led will start blinking) the instrument automatically splits the keyboard in two parts and a different sound is automatically selected on the left part of the keyboard. The STRINGS 1 Sound is automatically selected to the left part of the keyboard and the display will indicate: After a few seconds the SPLIT button Led will stop blinking and the display will indicate: The instrument is now in Split mode with Strings1 on the left and Piano on the Right.
To select a new sound press the SPLIT button (its Led is blinking) and use the (/\) UP and (\/) Down DATA buttons to select the desired sound on the display. After you have selected the desired sound wait a few seconds until the SPLIT button Led stops blinking. The new sound is now selected. SPLIT POINT If necessary it is possible to change the Split Point: Press the SPLIT button and hold it for a few seconds until the display shows: - - The display indicates that F#2 is the current Split point.
BRILLIANCE CONTROL It is possible to adjust the sound of the instrument, changing it to a mellower or sharper sound. By pressing the Brilliance/Chorus button for a few seconds, the display will show: The Brilliance button Led is now blinking and using the (/\) UP and (\/) Down DATA buttons it is possible to change the sound. The values can be set up to +4 (max bright sound) and down to -4 (max mellow sound). Select the value you prefer and the instrument will remember it, even after switching it off.
- press the Touch Sense button and hold it. The display shows: - using the (/\) UP and (\/) Down DATA buttons it is possible to change the response from 0 (no sound) to 127 (maximum volume). TRANSPOSE The natural pitch of the instrument is C but can be modified as follows: press the TRANSPOSE button in the FUNCTIONS section.
- Press the (\/) Down button two times (two semitones). As soon as the button is pressed, the display will show: When the TRANSPOSE Leds are blinking, it is possible to restore the C natural keying by pressing the (/\) UP and (\/) Down DATA buttons at the same time. At Power Up the instrument returns automatically to the original tuning. PITCH In those cases where transposition by semitones is not enough, and a more accurate tuning is necessary, it is still possible to change pitch.
The Metronome will start running according to selected Time Signature. Press the Metronome Off to stop it. There are different Time Signatures available: Mono Click (1/4), 2/4, 3/4, 4/4, 5/4 and 6/8. How to select the different Time Signatures: press and hold the METRONOME button in the FUNCTIONS section and press it for a few seconds. the display will show for example: - Using the (/\) UP and (\/) Down DATA buttons it is possible to change the Metronome Value.
MIDI FUNCTIONS Press the MIDI button several times to select the midi features of the instrument. While in the midi pages the Midi Led is blinking. Midi Out On/Off It allows to enable or disable the Midi Out Signal of the instrument. Press the MIDI button 1 time to select the Midi Out Port On or Off function. Using the (/\) UP and (\/) Down DATA buttons it is possible to set the Midi Out On or Off. Midi Local On/Off It allows to Mute the internal sound and use external sounds only.
Using the (/\) UP and (\/) Down DATA buttons it is possible to set the Midi Control Change On or Off. Twin Function On/Off This configuration is very good for practice. Teacher and pupil can play at the same time the same notes in the same instrument. Press the MIDI button 5 times to select the TWIN Function. This is not a real Midi function but a way to set the internal Midi to configure the 88 notes of the instrument in two identical half keyboard in the same key and same octave.
VOLUME PEDAL If necessary it is possible to connect a Volume Pedal, but it is necessary to set the instrument. Insert the volume pedal jack plug in the socket in the back of the instrument (Expression in the panel). To program the volume pedal parameters follow these procedures: - Press the SPLIT and METRONOME buttons at the same time (their Leds are blinking). The display indicate: - Press the E.
- Press HARPSI button again to configure Normal Volume Setting. The Display will indicate: - Make sure that the Volume Pedal is working properly and save the obtained configuration by pressing the SELECT button (in the VOICE section). The display will indicate: - To return to standard piano pedal setting press the SPLIT and METRONOME buttons again ( the Led are blinking).
RESET If it should be necessary to completely erase the internal RAM memory, a very simple reset feature is provided. 1 Make sure that the instrument is switched off. 2 Press and hold the (/\) UP and (\/) Down DATA buttons 3 4 - Switch on the instrument while holding the (/\) and (\/) buttons down. The display shows Resetting. Do not reset the instrument if it is not necessary. All your information you have programmed will be automatically erased from the internal RAM memory.
CONNECTIONS BLUETOOTH This is the socket where to insert the Bluetooth Receiver unit that allows to connect a Bluetooth transmitting unit (smart phone, tablet, etc) to the instrument audio system. USB TO COMPUTER It is possible to connect the instrument to a computer using the USB port located in the back panel of the instrument and control the Midi parameters. MIDI CONNECTIONS The Midi IN connector receives the Midi data from an external Midi device which can be used to control the instrument.

ISTRUZIONI E MISURE DI SICUREZZA AVVISO IMPORTANTE Accertarsi che il voltaggio impostato sia adatto allo strumento (il voltaggio è indicato a fianco della presa di corrente). Quando si utilizza un'apparecchiatura elettrica, si devono sempre rispettare le basilari norme di sicurezza, tra cui: 1 Leggere le istruzioni prima di utilizzare lo strumento. 2 Per ridurre il rischio di incidenti, occorre prestare particolare attenzione quando lo strumento viene utilizzato in presenza di bambini.
ATTENZIONE Non modificare la spina fornita con lo strumento. Qualora non fosse adatta, far installare un'adeguata presa della corrente da un elettricista qualificato. DISPLAY MULTI-INFORMAZIONI I messaggi visualizzati sul Display multi- informazioni possono non corrispondere sempre alle pagine relative al display. Si tratta solamente di esempi delle numerose funzioni dello strumento. CLAUSOLA ESONERATIVA Le informazioni contenute in questo manuale sono state revisionate molto attentamente.
INTRODUZIONE Benvenuti nel mondo hi-tech degli strumenti elettronici. Lo strumento è stato progettato e realizzato utilizzando le più recenti tecnologie e sistemi computerizzati per offrire anni di svago senza problemi. Leggere con attenzione questo manuale in modo da poter sfruttare al massimo le qualità dello strumento. ACCENSIONE Per accendere lo strumento premere l'interruttore On/Off. Di default lo strumento seleziona il suono PIANO 1 nella sezione Voice.
PEDALE SUSTAIN Lo STAGE STUDIO - è dotato di un pedale Sustain. Un pedale a 3 leve – per duplicare tutte le funzioni di un pianoforte acustico - è opzionale. Il CDP 101 - E 'fornito con il set completo di 3 pedali. STAGE STUDIO - Pedale Sustain. Per ottenere l'effetto Sustain, collegare il pedale alla presa jack Pedal - Sustain/Sostenuto (nel pannello posteriore). Il pedale ora avrà la stessa funzione del 'Pedale Sustain' che troviamo sul piano acustico.
PANNELLO DI CONTROLLO Il pannello di controllo del vostro strumento è stato progettato per essere facile da usare. La maggior parte dei controlli sono a singola funzione. Ogni controllo ha un LED che mostra se è stata attivata la funzione. Ogni volta che lo strumento viene acceso, selezionerà automaticamente il suono PIANO 1 (Grand Piano) sulla tastiera. SELEZIONE DEI SUONI I suoni disponibili sono elencati su due righe, sotto e sopra i pulsanti di selezione.
È anche possibile suonare due suoni, uno dallo fila inferiore ed uno dalla fila superiore, allo stesso tempo, ad esempio PIANO 1 e BRASS - Per selezionare il suono PIANO 1 premere e tenere premuto il pulsante relativo. - Tenendo premuto il pulsante PIANO 1 premere anche il tasto SELECT per selezionare la riga superiore. - Rilasciare ora il tasto SELECT e, tenendo premuto il pulsante PIANO1, premere il pulsante BRASS. - I due suoni sono ora selezionati e possono essere suonati contemporaneamente.
SPLIT Quando viene premuto il tasto SPLIT (il suo LED inizia a lampeggiare) lo strumento divide automaticamente la tastiera in due parti e un suono viene selezionato automaticamente sulla parte sinistra della tastiera.
Per selezionare un nuovo suono per la parte a sinistra della tastiera, premere il pulsante SPLIT (il suo LED lampeggerà) e utilizzare i pulsanti Up (/\) e Down (\/) per selezionare il suono desiderato sul display. Dopo aver selezionato il suono desiderato attendere qualche secondo fino a quando il LED del pulsante SPLIT smetterà di lampeggiare. Il nuovo suono è ora selezionato.
CONTROLLO DI TONO - BRILLIANCE È possibile modificare il suono dello strumento, rendendolo più dolce o più aggressivo. Premendo il tasto Brilliance/Chorus per alcuni secondi, il display visualizzerà: Il LED del pulsante Brilliance ora lampeggia e con i pulsanti Up (/\) e Down (\/) è possibile modificare il suono. I valori possono essere impostati fino a +4 (max suono brillante) e verso il basso a -4 (max suono dolce).
Quando il ed del pulsante TOUCH SENSE è spento, la tastiera suona senza sensibilità al tocco, al valore midi fisso pari a 100. Questo valore midi può essere modificato seguendo questa procedura: - Assicurarsi che i LED del TOUCH SENSE siano spenti. - Premere il tasto TOUCH SENSE e tenerlo premuto. Il display visualizza: - Utilizzando i pulsanti (/\) e (\/) è possibile modificare la risposta da 0 (nessun suono) a 127 (volume massimo).
Se la nuova tonalità è LA# (A#): - Premere il pulsante (\/) Down due volte (due semitoni). - Non appena si preme il pulsante, il display visualizza: Quando il LED di TRANSPOSE lampeggia, è possibile ripristinare la chiave naturale DO ( C ) premendo i pulsante (/\) e (\/) allo stesso tempo. All'accensione lo strumento torna automaticamente alla intonazione DO ( C ) originale.
METRONOMO Per usare il metronomo, premere il pulsante METRONOME, e il tipo di metronomo impostato inizia a scandire il tempo. E 'possibile modificare la velocità tempo del metronomo usando i pulsanti Up (/\) e Down (\/). Per arrestare il metronomo, premere di nuovo il pulsante METRONOME. Sono disponibili diversi tipi di Time Signature per il Metronomo: Mono Click (1/4) 2/4 3/4 4/4 5/4 6/8.
3- 4- È ora possibile memorizzare un nuovo brano in Track2 seguendo la stessa procedura. Se in Track2 si desidera memorizzare una seconda parte del medesimo brano, premere prima Track1 e poi Track2. Track1 sarà in modalità PLAYBACK e Track2 sarà in modalità RECORD. Al termine del brano su TRACK2, spegnere il pulsante TRACK2. Per ascoltare contemporaneamente Track1 e Track 2, premere i due pulsanti corrispondenti e poi il pulsante PLAY.
Utilizzando i pulsanti (/\) e (\/) è possibile impostare il Midi Program Change On o Off. Control Change On/Off Permette di inviare e ricevere o non i codici Midi Control Change. Premere il pulsante MIDI quattro volte per selezionare la funzione Midi Control Change On o Off. Utilizzando i pulsanti (/\) e (\/) è possibile impostare il Midi Control Change On o Off. Funzione Twin On/Off Questa configurazione è molto utile per la pratica di brani musicali.
- - Inserire il ricevitore Bluetooth TB1 nell’apposita presa nel pannello posteriore. Appena BT1 è pronto, il suo indicatore Led di colore blu incomincia a lampeggiare velocemente per circa 5 secondi. Appena il BT1 avrà riconosciuto il vostro dispositivo Bluetooth il suo Led incomincerà a lampeggiare più lentamente. Cercare ora il collegamento di BT1 sul Vostro dispositivo Bluetooth e selezionarlo per completare la connessione.
NOTA - Il numero indicato può essere diverso dato che si possono usare diversi tipi di Pedale Volume. - Nel caso in cui il pedale volume utilizzato sta lavorando in senso contrario, premere il pulsante HARPSI e il display indicherà: - Premere il pulsante HARPSI di nuovo per configurare la normale regolazione del volume. Il display indicherà ora: - Assicurarsi che il pedale volume funzioni correttamente e salvare la configurazione che si ottiene, premendo il tasto SELECT (nella sezione VOICE).
- Per salvare la configurazione standard del Piano premere di nuovo contemporaneamente i pulsanti METRONOME e SPLIT (i led saranno spenti) e il display tornerà ad indicare il suono selezionato per ultimo. RESET Se dovesse essere necessario cancellare completamente la memoria interna RAM, è previsto un dispositivo di ripristino molto semplice. 1 - Assicurarsi che lo strumento sia spento. 2 - Tenere premuti contemporaneamente i pulsanti Up (/\) e Down (\/).
CONNESSIONI BLUETOOTH Questa è la presa in cui inserire l'unità di ricezione Bluetooth che consente di collegare un'unità di trasmissione Bluetooth (smartphone, tablet, ecc) con il sistema audio dello strumento. USB HOST È possibile collegare lo strumento ad un computer mediante la porta USB situata sul pannello posteriore dello strumento e controllare i parametri MIDI. CONNESSIONI MIDI Il MIDI IN riceve i dati MIDI da un dispositivo MIDI esterno che può essere utilizzato per controllare lo strumento.
