Using your phonebook
Yourphonecanstoreupto20phonebookmemories.
Eachphonebookentrycan haveamaximumof24
digitsforthephone numberand12charactersfor
name.
How to enter characters?
Whenyouselect aeldinwhichyoucanentertext,
youcanenterthelettersthatareprintedonthekeys
bypressingtherelevantkeyonceorseveraltimes.
Forexample,press2 once to insert theletter‘A’,
press2twicetoinsert theletterB,andsoon...
Spacesandothersymbolscanbeenteredusingthe
1or0key.
Store a contact in the phonebook
1. Press
MENU
keytoentermenuselection.
2. Press the
Navigation
keytoselect
PHONEBOOKandthenpress
OK
keyto
select.
3. Press
OK
keyagaintoenterNEWENTRY.
4. Enterthe name of the contact (maximum 12
characters).
 Toedit,press
BACK
keytodeletethelast
character entered.
Press
OK
keytoconrmthenameentry.
5. Enterthenumberofthecontact (maximum
24digits)and thenpress
OK
keyto conrm.
Aconrmationbeepisplayed.
• Youcannot store a new phonebook entry when
thememoryisfull.Inthiscase,youhavetodelete
existingentriestomakespacefornewentries.
• Whenstoringthenumber,enterthefullnumber
includingtheSTD(area)codeifyousubscribeto
callerdisplay,otherwiseitwillnotdisplaythename
when there is an incoming call.
Access phonebook
1. Press
PHONEBOOK
(DOWN)keyinstandby
modetobrowsethephonebookentries.
Alternatively,youcanpress the
MENU
key,
todisplayPHONEBOOKandthenpress OK
keytoselect.
2. Press the
Navigation
keytoselectLISTand
then press
OK
keytoconrm.
 Thephonebookentrieswill be listedin
alphabeticalorder,andyou can press
Navigation
keytoscrollthroughthestored
entries.
3. Press
OK
keytoviewthedetailsof the
selected entry.
