 Connect the two halves of the frame by the male ends of Part 1 to the female ends of Part 2 and secure the frame by the push buttons. Attach the Castors Part 6 to the frame with the nuts Part 7. Place one washer Part 8 above the bottom bar and one washer Part 8 below the bottom bar as shown in the picture.  Insert the side bars Part 3 as shown and set the desired height with the push buttons.

 Complete the garment rack by inserting the hanger bar to the frame as shown.  The side arms of the hanger bar may be extended for added storage place.

 When Storing Away. To store your garment rcak, first remove the top hanger bar and then fold the side frames inward.  Fold the wheels back to rest the frame flat and then attach the hanger bar to the metal clips.
