Assembly Using the Extension Wand & Accessory Tools 1. Ensure the power cord is resting in the cord strain relief. Extension Wand: Insert the nozzle firmly into the large end of the extension wand. To extend the wand, push the button on the wand forward and pull the extension out to the desired length (fig 5). 1 Should the power cord come loose from the cord strain relief reattach it to preserve the life of the power cord.
