Using the Model Editor to edit the D1 diode model
To create a new model and model library
1 In the Model Editor, from the Model menu, choose
New.
2 In the New dialog box, do the following:
a In the Model text box, type
DbreakX.
b From the From Model list, select Diode.
c Click OK.
3 From the File menu, choose Save As.
4 In the File name text box, type
rectfr.lib to save the
library as RECTFR.LIB.
Entering data sheet information
As shown in Figure 31, the Model Editor initially displays:
• diode model characteristics listed in the Models List
frame, and
• DbreakX model parameter values listed in the
Parameters frame.
