Orbit Industries' 4" Octagonal Concrete Boxes Covers

are used with 4" octagonal concrete rings to protect

wires inside the box. Selected models include

knockouts, #3/8-18 Threaded Fixture Stud and 12”

#12AWG Pigtail. They are constructed from 16 gauge

galvanized steel.

CERTIFICATION:

UL file E227970, conforms to UL514A. acceptable for

use in 2-hour fire rated walls.
