The ORBIS RackoCell 40" x 48" pallet is
engineered specifically to meet the needs of the
food manufacturing/ingredients, meat & poultry
and pharmaceutical industries where hygiene,
durability and ease of washing are demanded.
Molded in one piece from polypropylene
copolymer to offer enhanced stiffness and
edge-racking performance up to 2,200 pounds.
This rackable pallet has a flow-through design
that washes and drains quickly for high
sanitation. The RackoCell’s double-deck design
and 6.25" profile make it compatible with
conveyors and most automated operations.
Other features include concentrated ribbing
through the top deck and perimeter, angled leg
openings, and thick outer leg wall sections for
impact resistance and durability. This highly
sanitary rackable pallet is acceptable for use in
USDA-inspected meat and poultry plants. The
RackoCell pallet provides four-way forklift and
two-way pallet jack entry and is fully recyclable.
