edit the RUS.TXT file and compile it to RUS.CP using the NAV_UTIL CODEPAGE.

To work with solutions in Oracle Studio, when using Turkish, add the -nl en switch to the Target path in
the Oracle Studio shortcut properties. For example: "C:\Program
Files\Oracle\Studio1\studio.exe -nl en"
