Please note that external hard disk drives must be formatted as “FAT”
(File Allocation Table) format in order to read and write to the disk. NTFS
(New Technology File System) format is supported for ‘read’ only, and will not
enable you to write to the disk.
It is possible to re-format your external hard drive in FAT32 format through the
GlobeSurfer
®
III device if you require read/write functionality.
