Adding a New User
You do not need a user account to be able to make and receive phone calls or to
surf the Internet. However, you do need to login with a user account to be able to
send and receive SMS text messages or use the telephone log.
To add a new user:
1. Login to the GlobeSurfer
®
III Graphical User Interface, if you have not done so
already.
2. Enter “Advanced Mode” by selecting it from the horizontal bar on the right.
3. Select ‘System’ from the menu tabs.
4. Click ‘Users’ from the sub-tab.
5. Click ‘New user’ in the User settings page.
6. Enter a new ‘Full name’, ‘User name’, and password.
Re-type the new password to verify it.
7. Tick the ‘Administrator permissions’ checkbox.
