Possible Cause
Solution
The smartphone is not on the
same network as the OPU.
Connect the smartphone to
the same network or scan the
QR barcode on the back of the
OPU.

Multiple OPU that have not
been activated are on the

Scan the QR barcode on the
back of the OPU.
Some of the devices didn’t
activate during the activation

Scan the QR barcode on each
device that hasn’t been
