STEP 2
Attach pedestal extension (D) to the column (C) with long bolts (9), and washers (10) and (11) as
shown below. Tighten with Allen key (12).
Attach crossbar and pedestal extension (D) to the column (C) with long bolts (9), short bolts (1),
washers (2), (3), (10) and (11) as shown below. Tighten with Allen key (12).

Attach the top (A) and pedestal extension (D) to the column (C) with long bolts (9), short bolts (1),
washers (2), (3), (10) and (11) as shown below. Tighten with Allen key (12).
