On-Screen Actions (cont’d)
Answer Call Waiting
1. The Caller ID of the rst caller will
remain on the screen.
2. When a new Caller calls, another Caller
ID will appear.
3. Touch
Flash to answer Call Waiting.
4. Touch End Call to end your
conversation with the second caller.
You’re done! You are returned to speaking
with the rst caller.
Adjust Speaker/Ringer Volume
1. Locate the volume buttons on the
Verizon One device.
2. Press
+ to increase the volume.
OR
Press
- to decrease the volume.
