WARRANTY
If your OpenFrame malfunctions as a
result of a manufacturing defect after the
return period but within the rst year
you own it, OpenPeak will replace it
for a like unit or one of comparable
quality at no cost to you. The replace-
ment device you receive may be
refurbished equipment.
OPEN SOURCE LICENSES
This OpenFrame unit may contain
software, scripts, tools, modules, libraries,
components, or other items developed
using “open source” code (the “Open
Source Software”). All Open Source
Software is being provided by the
copyright holders of such Open Source
Software under one or more open source
licenses, copies of which are available at
“urlgoeshere.com” (the “Open Source
Licenses”). By obtaining, accessing,
downloading using, and/or copying the
OpenFrame or the Open Source
Software, you (the licensee) agree that
you have read, understand, and will
comply with the terms and conditions of
the applicable Open Source Licenses.
FCC STATEMENT
This product has been tested and
complies with the specications for a
Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15
of the FCC Rules. These limits are
designed to provide reasonable
protection against harmful interference
in a residential installation. This
equipment generates, uses, and can
radiate radio frequency energy and, if
not installed and used according to the
instructions, may cause harmful
interference to radio communications.
However, there is no guarantee that
interference will not occur in a particular
installation. If this equipment does cause
harmful interference to radio or
television reception, which is found by
turning the equipment o and on, the
user is encouraged to try to correct the
interference by one or more of the
following measures:
• Reorient or relocate the receiving
antenna.
• Increase the separation between the
equipment and receiver.
• Connect the equipment into an outlet
on a circuit dierent from that to which
the receiver is connected.
• Consult the dealer or an experienced
radio/TV technician for help.
