year from the date of purchase by end user. The
conditions for warranty are as follows :

the original purchaser by the dealer is presented with the

product label had been removed.
* he warranty does not cover any failure or damage of the
oduct due to normal wear and tear, physical abuse,
mproper installation, misuse, modification or repairs by

* OpenBrain Technologies does not assume responsibility
any loss or damage incurred during shipment and as a
esult of force majeure.
* Brain Technologies is not liable for any incidental or
uential damages arising from the use or misuse of
oduct.
* l warranty claims are limited to repair or replacement of
defective product at the sole discretion of OpenBrain
echnologies.
* enBrain Technologies repairs or replaces the product,
repaired or replaced product shall be warranted for the
emaining time of the original warranty period. Repair or
eplacement may involve the use of functionally
uivalent reconditioned units. Replaced part or product
mes the property of OpenBrain Technologies.
* Consumable components, such as batteries, are not
ncluded in the warranty obligation.
