Integra agrees to repair at its sole expense, all Integra products, which arc defective
in
material andlor workmanship.
EXCLUSIONS:
This Warranty docs nol apply with respect to the following:

damage caused by accident, fire, flood, lightning

of
nature.

or
damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence

failure
to
