Advanced Feature Set-up
The f i nal item on the Set-up Menu is called
“Advanced Features”. These features allow you to:
• Choose the number of days included in your
glucose test averages
• Input your usual meal schedule
• Include your target glucose range
• Customize your hypoglycemic level

Insulin Pump Set-up
If you are using an insulin pump, the
OneTouch
®
UltraSmart
®
Meter allows you to store
current information about your pump. The factory
setting will be set as if you do not use a pump.
Select “Yes” to use this feature and
press the OK button

. You can then
use this feature to enter your bolus
doses and total insulin amounts. If you
do not use an insulin pump or you do
not wish to set up this feature now,
select “No” and press the OK button
OK
. After choosing “Yes” or “No”, the
meter will return you to the Set-up
Menu.
Select “Insulin Pump” on the Set-up
Menu and press the OK button
OK
.
