UltraSmart
®
Meter comes with two
AAA alkaline batteries already installed. The batteries
will provide you with enough power to perform up to
540 tests, depending on backlight use. When
replacing the batteries, use only two AAA alkaline
batteries.
The meter will alert you when the power is getting low
by displaying two different messages:

Yo u should replace

1. When this message appears on the
display, the batteries are low and
should be replaced as soon as
possible. The backlight will no longer
turn on.
