protection against electrical shock. This is a
level of electrical safety protection for the
patient or user suitable for this medical
device.
This indicates electrical safety certi f i cation by
the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) in
accordance with UL 60601-1, CAN/CSA 22.2 No.
601.1-94 and CAN/CSA 22.2 No. 601.1.2-94.
GUARANTEE
The makers guarantee that the
OneTouch
®
UltraSmart
®
Meter shall be free of
defects in material and workmanship for a period of
three years. This guarantee is valid from the date of
purchase. The guarantee extends only to the original
purchaser and is not transferable.
