• Internally powered equipment. Battery operated
with two 1.5 volt AAA alkaline batteries.
• This unit is not suitable for use in the presence of
flammable anesthetic mixture with air, oxygen or
nitrous oxide.
• Continuous mode of operation.
• IPX4 degree of protection against ingress of water.
This is a level of water resistance (protection
against splashing water).
• Type BF applied part degree of protection against
electrical shock. This is a level of electrical safety
protection for the user suitable for this medical
device.
