3. The warranty is invalid if the serial number

has been removed.
4. The warrant y does no t cove r damage or product failure resulting from
nor malwear and tear, physical a buse, improper installa tion, modification
or repair s by unauthorized third par t ies.
5. We do not assume responsibility for any loss or dam age incurred during
shipment or as a re sult of a force majeure.
6. We are not lia ble for any incidental or consequential damages arising
from the
use or misuse of the product .

product and at th e sole discretion o f us.
8. If we repair or re place the pr oduct, the product will be covered for the
re mai ni ng t im e of t he ori gin al wa r r an ty p er iod . Repair or replacement
may involve the use of reconditioned units which are equivalent in funcion.
Replaced par t or product becomes the proper ty of us.
9. Consumable compone
nts such as ba tteries and accessori es are not
cover ed by the war rant y.
