The displayed values for body fat and BMI* (Body Mass Index) are indicated in four ranges: “–”, “0”, “+”, “++”. BI method: Bioelectrical Impedance method (full explanation on page 7) BMI: Body Mass Index. This Index indicates the ratio between weight and height of a person.
